Prices shared through our website, proposals, or quotations may vary depending on menu selection, guest count, venue requirements, service style, taxes, and logistics. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payments must be made within the timelines communicated by our team.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before confirming your order.

4. Service Changes

Any change in guest count, delivery timing, venue access, service requirements, or menu preferences should be communicated as early as possible. Late changes may not be feasible and may result in additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, delivery access information, and any venue-specific rules or restrictions. Yellow Flame is not liable for delays or service issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yellow Flame will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any confirmed order will be limited to the amount paid for that order.
